I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! At first i was not expecting to be this satisfied for the price i paid, but it is definitely worth the wait! Definitely not the last time i will order here. Absolutely love!!! Great quality and could pass for dupe 100%. The differences i noticed are the double strap, original has single, the hardware on one side has a clasp and not the full buckle, the hardware is a silver gold vs the gold or silver on original . I can not wait to use this. It will be a favorite.Definitely looks Lux and can carry a lot of items! Dolabuy buy if you are in the market!

They quickly answered all the questions I had and it’s really nice to see they are very professional in their customer service. I received my totes 2 days ago and once I opened my package, my first impression was like OMG! It’s so stunning. The Onthego totes quality is too good. First time ordering from Dolabuy let alone this seller. Compared to my real bag, I have to say it's pretty good! Close to the top quality replica of the counter. Did not expect extra packaging, "certified" card a bag! So that's cool. Haven't found any flaws yet, and if there are, I wouldn't complain, as you can't beat it at this price. No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Genuine review! They are gorgeous. They arrived earlier than expected and I was also impressed with the beautiful packaging. They’re made very durable and good quality. Everything was perfect. I will definitely use this vendor in the future. Honestly I am very picky with buying anything replica but this was just a bag for my partner to take with her to the park etc. Honestly, having seen the genuine one in person and then receiving this, I would be hard pressed to find any difference, maybe the leather swing tag but you wouldnt leave that on anyway. All the zips, clips, tags and shoulder strap all are perfectly branded. Having saved over 1100 by getting this I would say its well worth it snd would buy it 100x over.
